Codex sessions often stay in a local log or a separate OpenAI view. Employee AI usage metrics give Codex the same columns as the other coding agents: person, turns, input tokens, output tokens, and cached tokens.
Why Codex is listed on its own
A search for Codex metrics should land on Codex, not on a generic AI page. The measurement is still the shared one. A Codex prompt is one usage row. Several prompts from the same employee add up. They are not folded into a single number that hides which reply cost the tokens.
